We loved the location and amenities. The place was very clean and well appointed. The location was excellent as it was a 5min walk to the beach and many restaurants.

This trip was important to us for personal reasons. The purpose of this special 5-day stay was to get away, forget the issues we are facing and relax. Overall, this succeeded, but there were some glitches mostly around the unit. First, the appearance of the property and the view over the water was delicious. The cleaning person did a very nice job, which is vitally important. Unfortunately, the shower pressure on the old fashion shower curtain in the master bathroom caused water to shoot onto the floor which was quite slippery. When Cathy came out of the shower she fell, hurting her knees. There was quite a bit traffic noise on the main road, even heard in the master bedroom which was facing the water. More annoying was multiple days when there were workers on the outside of the building one floor beneath us drilling and hammering - repairing the window of another unit. While this I am sure was necessary, given Cathy's condition, she could not take a nap with the very loud noise. A small issue, the original code to enter the unit stopped working on the 3rd day. When I came down to the office on the second floor, while very nice, they told me that unit was not in their realm of responsibility. Tried calling into your customer care unit, which took a long time to answer, but once speaking to the rep, he was able to help me gain access again, giving us a backup code. We will be back in the area, unfortunately it will not be at this location.
